2. Kitamura Trademarks
The following trademarks are covered:
The Kitamura "CompServ" maintenance package range branding
The Kitamura "KitaMail" newsletter system name.
Any other future trademarks. This Policy will be updated as necessary.
3. Kitamura Source Code
The Source code of the Kitamura Group website & subsystems that falls in the following categories
is covered under this Policy:
All Kitamura's own source code, and that developed by KasSoft, our exclusive developer.
Source code developed by other companies for us, either exclusively or non-exclusively.
Non-exclusive code that is under the GPL, BUT custom modified by us/our developers is covered
herein.
All other source code is copyright of their respective owners, the copyright notice of which
is displayed at the bottom of the relevant software.
Your Agreement
Your use of this website signifies your acceptance of these terms, and is your agreement that you
will not attempt to imitate, copy, or distribute the whole of, or portions of the
Kitamura website.
Breaches of Copyright
Anyone found to have breached this Policy may be subjected to legal action by the Group's
Directors. This may involve prosecution, a fine, or jail term, depending on the seriousness of
the offence.
